DC is well underway.Originally designed by IM Pei, the apartment building has been undergoing a major renovation.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now calling itself The View at Waterfront, the apartment building is now leasing again.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The website &lt;a href="http://www.blogger.com/www.myviewoverdc.com"&gt;www.myviewoverdc.com&lt;/a&gt; has information about the apartments and their amenities.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The View is conveniently located near the Waterfront Metro and in the midst of Southwest DC's revitalization. The pile-driving has stopped, and the new buildings are now beginning to show above grade.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The first photo shows the new building that is being built on the west side of the new 4th Street SW that will run through the middle of the old Waterside Mall location.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The second photo shows the building being built on the east side of the new 4th Street SW.
